FIL - like father or a distant relative?

FIL is a raging NPD. I am able to have good boundaries.
I am able to be polite, hospitable and distant. He however wants to play mind games with my DH, so we have to watch out for that. My DH backs me up, so I am able to protect myself and my kids. We keep our interactions very superficial and we keep busy. DH is very attached to my parents who adore him. |
