Going to wards for city council should be done. It won't change who gets elected and until the city goes to wards, you know that no one is serious about stamping out systemic racism in the city.

I'm not opposed to staggered elections but I don't understand the districts. For example, many schools are split between districts. And district B is from the east end to the west end. Very different and it is hard to get district B because of certain types of people (white women in education) typically getting elected. I would love our school board to be more representative of our diverse ACPS population. Do school boards ever have representation per school?

Agree. It's the same over and over from B. But that's the hive mind and three they elected this time around (Booze, Ignacio and Baird) are very representative of their constituents.
