ISO Design-Build Recommendations for Arlington

What do you mean by “expand 2nd level”? Are you talking a basic shed dormer addition on the back? Or is the actual footprint of your home expanding? Or a pop the top? No matter what your budget is not going to be enough.

Call in a few design builds for ballpark estimates explaining what you want to do. Take the average and add 20%. Then decide if it’s worth moving forward.

We did a first and 2nd floor addition of our cape cod last year which basically doubled our main and upper level square footage (left finished basement as is). All updated and added bathrooms, new kitchen, new family room, all new interior and exterior doors, new gas fireplace. All in about $550K.
