PP again. I forgot Puttanesca pasta, which is one of my favorite meals. I prefer it with the anchovies but will also make it without. |

Tofu. I eat everything but really love tofu as long as the cook knows what to do.
I like the fake meat stuff in Asian Buddhist cooking. Mushrooms All dark leafy greens. I love collards, mustard greens, spinach. Kimchi White beans in general |

Pretty much anything with mushrooms (pasta, with dumplings, risotto) Mexican bc easy to have very yummy and filling meals with beans. Pasta, bc a variety of sauces can be vegetarian and yummy. |
