Omnivores, what are your favorite vegetarian foods?

- Any variation on rice and beans (or just beans)
- Pasta with tomato sauce, lemon, or mushrooms
- Any mushroom-based dish
- Grilled cheese
- Tomato soup
- Roasted veggies
- Mashed or roasted potatoes
- Caprese
- Buffalo cauliflower
- Cheese and crackers
- Falafel (not my absolute favorite but I like it)
- Morningstar veggie nuggets/burgers

PP again. I forgot Puttanesca pasta, which is one of my favorite meals. I prefer it with the anchovies but will also make it without.

Tofu. I eat everything but really love tofu as long as the cook knows what to do.

I like the fake meat stuff in Asian Buddhist cooking.

Mushrooms

All dark leafy greens. I love collards, mustard greens, spinach.

Kimchi

White beans in general

Pretty much anything with mushrooms (pasta, with dumplings, risotto)

Mexican bc easy to have very yummy and filling meals with beans.

Pasta, bc a variety of sauces can be vegetarian and yummy.
