Vegetarian and gluten-free?

Pizzas/flatbreads, some gluten free, salad on the side?

As a person with gluten free family members:

1. Clean the area you will be using.
2. Make the gluten-free food
3. Cover it
4. Make the other food.
5. It’s also okay to have a few gf/vegetarian sides to share (mashed potatoes from scratch and steamed green beans are two good ones) and a sealed freezer meal that the gf person can prepare themselves. Just let the guests know ahead of time what you’re able to do.

Thanks.

Mac and cheese. Use rice flour for your roux and tinkyada pasta (or another gf brand - ask their parents if there is a preference).
