| Pizzas/flatbreads, some gluten free, salad on the side? |
|
As a person with gluten free family members:
1. Clean the area you will be using. 2. Make the gluten-free food 3. Cover it 4. Make the other food. 5. It’s also okay to have a few gf/vegetarian sides to share (mashed potatoes from scratch and steamed green beans are two good ones) and a sealed freezer meal that the gf person can prepare themselves. Just let the guests know ahead of time what you’re able to do. Thanks. |
| Mac and cheese. Use rice flour for your roux and tinkyada pasta (or another gf brand - ask their parents if there is a preference). |
| Make vegetable sushi, get some gluten free soy sauce |
