My 61 year old husband is a doctor. He's generally laid-back, but does remind me to do my mammogram, pap smears, etc. He supervises our family's health (both our kids have a lot of allergies), but is not always up to date on modern treatments.
What he's really bad at is eating healthy and colonoscopies. He eats junk food daily and has put off his colonoscopy for YEARS! |
A good spouse is suppose to try to do all of the above, they'll fall short, not meet your expectations all the time but you'll know they care and try to support. They'll have their own fairs and anxieties about you and future so under pressure themselves. Perfect spouse doesn't exist. You aren't one either. |
