Amen. I have not bad flavorful H&s soup in literally decades (and I order it every time I try a new restaurant, hoping and praying…)

The recipe is extremely simple. The restaurant should be using same measurements every time for the liquid ingredients. They make a big batch. Cant go wrong.

Where can i get good hot and sour soup around here? I enjoyed 14th street asian bistros version, which is vegetarian but need chili crisp to make it spicier. I am vegetarian. Thanks for any recs.
