How much did you pay per pound for your Thanksgiving turkey this year?

Giant had 15 pound fresh turkeys for $20, and receive 1500 gas points. 1500 gas points saves 1.50 per gallon up to 20 gallons, ($35 savings on a 20 gallon fill). I bought 10 turkeys for this. Just kidding. Only got 3

I think I paid $2.99 a pound for a Koch’s turkey from Moms. I am from near where Koch’s operates so it feels like ‘home’ to get a Koch’s turkey. I’m a sucker for nostalgia.

$4.99/lb from South Mountain Creamery and kind of regretting the expense. I'm tired and overwhelmed and wanted the turkey delivered to my house, but it was bonkers expensive for something my kids will never appreciate.

$.99/lb frozen and $1.69/lb for fresh. From Giant - it was a last minute purchase so they didn’t have the $0.39 turkeys at my store.

20 lb turkey ag $4.79/lb from south mountain creamery w our weekly delivery. I felt like a fool when I saw how cheap they were at the stores! I’ve always ordered from them and while delicious I don’t think it was ever this expensive.
