I had a really delicious squash tart at a lunch last week. I was thinking about making mini versions, or just small slices, for an app. It was just roasted butternut squash cubes on pastry dough, so not too rich.
Oooh I already have butternut squash cubes I was planning to make soup with, so I will look into that.
And yes, everyone always eats the deviled eggs!
