Ina Garten's prosciutto-wrapped pork tenderloin from her Make Ahead book is my go-to. That book is generally great and you can make a whole menu of it.

You can always count on Ina! I haven't made this but it sounds good and I will try it. NP

You may know your husbands boss food preferences, but for a mid week dinner I’d opt for something that I can prep before and just throw in the oven, think ribs or brisket or leg of lamb or any food you like that can just be thrown in the oven.

If you’re leaning middle eastern, inspired by Ottolenghi, I’d buy frozen sinniyet kibbeh (either at ShemAli’s or Mediterranean bakery), make tzatziki and get a few other appetizers either from there or from Trader Joe’s.

It’ll make your life much easier and enjoyable.
