+1 or get a new ped if you feel like yours is not taking things seriously. They can listen to the breathing inside, that is key There are things they can suggest if it's more serious like a nebulizer, or tell you if there's a risk of it escalating (like RSV) |

To the poster who told me to “use my brain” - Obviously, I’m in frequent contact with the ped / nurses line but always helpful to get perspectives from those who have BTDT so I can best advocate for my child, right? |
My 7 month old just got over this after 2 months. I took him to the doctor after one month and we got an albuteral nebulizer and then inhaler. Not sure if it helped, though. |
