I love Bottega always and forever. The first one I had was from back room in Shanghai (my husband's relatives are "China Rich" adjacent so they have to look the look and they know all the best people) and I've bought two more authentic bags since then (still have the first one, LOL).

I have a question about the first YSL bag you posted - literally everyone around me has that bag, and I imagine based on where I live that at least half of them are knock offs. If that's the case, is a bag still an "it bag", or is it over?

(I think the bag is cute, and I just bought the Quince version because I can't afford to spend $1000+ on a handbag).

It can still be and it bag. This one definitely is. It’s being copied because it popular. Sometimes the replicas are somewhat expensive.
