Bad news for Concerta users

Yes. GEHA will not cover Concerta anymore. Grrrr! It’s the only drug that works well for DS and he’s tried many.

Methylphenidate ER is the medication in Focalin.

Methylphenidate is the active ingredient in Concerta. "ER" refers to an "extended release" system.

There is more than one form of an extended release system. OROS is just one.
