| 2nd the train tracks for hot wheels. My son never got in to the trains, but builds elaborate tracks and towns for the hot wheels to use. Also, an ironing board down the steps. We do have a few tracks and other pieces but they don't get used as much. |

give a set of wooden blocks he can use for ramps
keep all wrapping paper rolls so he can use them as ramps Blu Track for the next few years - then when he's 6 or 7 see if he is interested in getting a hot wheels track - kids at 4 through 6 often can't connect the pieces and get really frustrated of those typical tracks. (you'll love blu track, too, it's so fun!) |
| Buy thread organizers at Joann and teach him to put them away. |
| Oh, and decide now on your Max number of cars. Warn him that once the organizers are full, it’s one in, one out. If you can find used hot wheels on your but nothing group, it helps later. Then the used ones are less special and easier to get rid of. |

There is this removable road tape that can be used to make boxes or the floor or anything into creative roads. If you can’t find the link let me know. It’s so inexpensive for the amount of fun.
Now that I think of it I’ll get some to bundle with Hot Wheels for toys for tots! |
