I can make a case for DCPS elementary. Small class sizes, lots of good teachers and service providers in out experience. You may have to hire a consultant for the IEP but it seems like they tend to consider autism an automatic in.

We had a phenomenal experience with DCPS HFA program at SWS.

I thought and heard this too - but we have a girl and the MCPS program she was in all through middle school was 50/50 and her current HS program is also. It was very surprising! Maybe it comes with the increased identification of Autism in girls, I don't know. But I've been happy about it.
