I ended up getting an ablation when my bathroom started looking like a crime scene. Maybe look into that if it’s getting unbearable.

I’m in a similar panicky state! I am 43 and I’m getting my period every two weeks. It’s a very normal period no additional pain no extra type of bleeding but it’s happening so damn often! I mentioned it at my annual exam and they just kind of said it was my age and provided no other information. I expressed concern about how to monitor my health given a family history of reproductive cancers when things are all weird all the time now and they basically said there is nothing I could do!
