At 13 if my kids can't figure out how to find tv shows they want to watch then they don't deserve to watch any.

I mean, my kid would be perfectly happy to watch endless Marvel movies on his own at an extremely loud volume, but I'm looking for something that the whole family (all 3 of us) can watch together, given that that's not my thing.

We don't allow loud volumes simply to protect hearing. But I wouldn't cater to one person. Watch whatever you want, and he can join or read a book as he wants.

Where can we find Star Trek the Next Generation?

I think it is pretty clear that OP is looking for recommendations for shows to watch as a family. I'm not sure why that concept is so hard for you. There's a number of different acceptable ways that one can structure tv time in a house. However, flipping on The Handmaid's Tale and telling a 13 year old to go watch or not as he'd like probably isn't one of them. So clearly OP can't just watch "whatever" he or she wants.

It looks like it left Netflix and now if you want to stream it you need to get the Paramount channel. However, you nay be able to get it through your library. Montgomery County apparently has it.

On Netflix, we're watching The Imperfects. We've also watched Manifest, Legacies, and Midnight Mass.

We watched a few Seinfeld episodes with our 12 year old. He finds it hilarious. I really think it's about what kind of kid you have. They might find it ridiculous, bald headed guy, crazy Kramer, Elaine. They all help themselves at Jerry's place.

Firefly is really good for family watching.
I saw it in college and introduced it to my family and we all enjoyed it together with brother who was about 11 then.

The Good Place

Cobra Kai
Ted Lasso
Obi Wan
The Mandalorian

Stranger Things was not a hit, and neither were most of the Marvel shows on Disney (he likes the movies well enough, but not the shows).

Any suggestions of shows we can try with him?

Sorry any kid who doesn't like Stranger Things is about as bland as they come. All your shows except maybe the Mandalorian are what older white people watch.
