That gave me a good chuckle, but seriously this story is so insane. Now both dad's have been charged with attempted murder and both kids are hurt. Surely they have to realize that this was not the right way to do this.

Florida statute requires a minimum of three years in prison when a firearm is involved, regardless if of a person scores probation on the sentencing guidelines.
