Weight loss may take a month or two if your body needs time for all your hormones etc to adjust. |
This has been my strategy too for several years now. With moderate exercise (power walk 30min twice a day, plus yoga and Pilates one time a week) I find I am not gaining any weight while other women my age are gaining fast. Am now 48 and in peri-menopause. |
