Guide a first timer - how do I make a stir fry?

I find what works best is get everything prepped. Then stir fry the meat until just done, put in a bowl and cover. Stir fry vegetables until just done, add meat back in and sauce, stir for just about 30 seconds or so to heat up.

If using a sauce with cornstarch, undercook everything a bit to allow more time for the sauce to thicken.
