What should I serve with this leftover soup?

Charcuterie board - grapes, cheese, soppressata or capicola, crackers

I have never had a fried pickle and now I need some!

I serve fruit a lot with dinner (gasp!) so melon balls or like a grape + cheese bowl.

I also do random stuff that doesn't match - tacquitos, mini tacos, mozzarella sticks, or whatever is in the freezer. My kids don't really care if it matches the maim entree.

I was going to say, do a cheese-crackers-fruit plate.

This would be nice. Cheese bread would be my first move, but if there’s no bread, I would probably go with baked potatoes with a few topping options, at a minimum butter and green onions, plus sour cream or plain yogurt, bonus if you have shredded cheese, broccoli and bacon

The soup has rice so that is a starch. So bread would be a second starch. Creamy rice sounds filling and grossIMHO. It's enough food. Blah..

Pickles.

Pizza. The soap is whack.
