Does the moderator warn/suspend/ban users who make toxic comments?

I'm another person who recently can't access dcum forums on my phone - no matter where I'm trying to connect from (home, work, etc. - eg. IP address is different in these locations) I get the error "Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding."

The two IP addresses that you reported belong to Cloudflare, which in my experience is a service used to protect websites. Apparently it has some sort of VPN service that you are using. I had blocked their IP range because we have seen quite a bit of abuse from those addresses. I've unblocked the address range for now, but if we seem more problems from those addresses they will probably be blocked again.

Thanks. At first I was very confused because I’m not using a VPN and didn’t make sense to me that work and home would have IP addresses belonging to cloudflare when they are completely different networks, but then I noticed that I had the limit IP address tracking toggled to on so this must be what apple uses to do that. Must have set this setting in a recent upgrade which explains the time frame of the problems. (Mentioning this in case it helps others)
