Not OP, but do you have a quilt that you like? Someone posted about the Citizenry on another thread. I'm kind of over dealing with changing duvet covers and I didn't think of this option.

I like Parachute’s cloud cotton quilt. I use it in the summer and it’s a good weight and warm without being stuffy. I use a duvet with the cloud cotton duvet cover in the fall and winter.
