this is another big problem. The fees for getting delivery have gotten out of hand. First, they raise the prices and hope we don't notice. When I get Joe's pizza for pick up, calling the store gets me a $15 large pizza. But they use a third party app that charges $18 for the pizza. That's an extra 20% right there. Then they charge $5 for a delivery fee. Slice has a "Local fee" of $1, plus I have to tip. So I can go pick it up for $15 or I can get it delivered for $31 (15% tip). These fees are outrageous and they do not go directly to the store. It's now $15-20 just to get food delivered, but those of us with a 9-5 and kids don't have much option.
