| I've been to Tallinn and loved it, but I haven't been in years. Tallinn is charming. If you don't want to go to Tartu (not sure what to do there), then go down to Riga! Another awesome city. |

I just went to Tallinn for a three day weekend.
Museums: Tallinn City Museum and the Estonian Occupation Museum were our favorites. We also liked walking along the city walls and underground in the battalions. Bars: Whisper Sister (you need a reservation) Restaurants: Farm, Rado and Rastaskaevu 16. Breakfast: Pub Kompressor and Van Kook. Coffee: Varav and Fika Cafe. |

| What time of year are you going? It’s far enough north that this makes a huge difference. |

| Tallinn is more interesting than Helsinki or Tartu or Narva. I would just stick to Tallinn with that length of trip - plenty to see and do. |
