Alternative to drinking water

Infuse your water with fruits and herbs that you like. My kids love it when I have a pitcher of water with slightly crushed basil leaves and sliced strawberries in it in the fridge. It’s delicious and refreshing.

Have you tried Hint water? Or you can get the Mio drops and adjust the flavor to your taste.

I like drinking homemade chicken broth.

I like Sprindrift too. Grocery stores don't always have it, but Amazon usually does. If I can't get it for some reason, I buy San Pellegrino sparkling water and add a lemon or lime slice.

+1. I switched from La Croix to Spindrift because I needed more flavor and something more sweet without the extra calories. The lemon flavor is delicious.

I share your pain, OP. I started drinking ICE drinks, especially Ginger-Lime and Pomegranate-Blueberry, but those also have artificial sweeteners, so I know that I need to wean from those. I also like the Kevita drinks (they are probiotic), especially Lime-Mojito.

Add citrus to your water.

I have a friend whose recently started drinking Drops (which is flavored water things) and she raves about it.

I started using nuun tablets and like those. I use them for electrolytes because I run, but I sometimes just like having them bc I like the taste and it mixes it up.

What just a splash of iced tea in your water be a problem? It would give you some flavor.

OP here.. yes, I cannot do citrus, people. And I also hate the taste of rum.

I tried putting in frozen berries in water. It was ok. I'm going to try putting it in sparkling water.

I will also try spindrift. Thanks all!
