Birkenstock clogs are back in.

NP. I liked those as well - Nordstrom carries some of the colors so thinking I may just pull the trigger there.

Those are amazing shoes, although not clogs!! I’ve had them for years and they go so well with jeans and other casual pants (especially slim cut).

I had the same pair at my private girls school in 1997. They were all the rage with the uniform and wool socks.

Yes, yes they are. I bought a pair and all the moms were complimenting them on the walk with our kids to school this morning.

Thanks TikTok for making me “cool” LOL. In reality I have 6 other pairs of Birks and have worn them since the 90s - but I have never had the Bostons before and it cracks me up that I’d ever be on trend before a trend peaked.

It is specifically the Boston clog in taupe or sage green suede. Not just any old Birks.

I have them. In the important taupe. They are fine. I got them for the trend but also because I had been wearing Gizehs most of the summer and love them.

PP here from the original quote. they are ugly for sure, but they remind me of the old 70's hush puppies that my dad wore. They make me feel nostalgic, which gives them a certain appeal. The Bostons just look like gnome shoes to me.
