This all comes down to which mind games work for you, OP. Can you try putting your "treat" money into a separate checking account and all treats must come out of there? Then in order to break your budget, you must physically transfer money from savings into the treat account? Or will you just circumvent that too?

Otherwise find someone you trust to hold you accountable. A bunch of internet randos aren't going to help much.
