We also left Discovery Pediatrics and Dr. Ben Guttman. Very long office waits for appointments and even to get through on the phone, and he did not seem to like my husband, which was not a good dynamic. To underscore how poorly the office is run, when I requested our med records my check was cashed immediately, but it took several weeks, multiple phone calls, and eventually my sitting in the waiting room and insisting they copy the records for me to get them. (But there were things I appreciated about Dr. Ben) We switched to Pediatric and Adolescent Care and are much much happier. Much better run practice (e-records and call-in hours 3X/day to talk to doc). Usually see Dr. Feldman. Good luck!
