I am of the “whatever floats your boat” mentality about that stuff as long as it’s not being forced on me. Sure, I’ll like your Instagram post about your vision board. But if you try to bring crystals or essential oils into my house for anything other than a paperweight or a nice smell, I will probably laugh.

The rise of something that’s been around since literally before Christ? I mean…like everything, this kind of thing trends with ups and downs. I remember literally “ancient rune necklaces” in *Claire’s* in the 1980s, OK? Mood rings since forever, yeah? “The Secret” getting real popular thanks to Oprah in the early 2000s. Have you never read a book, taken a class, or watched a movie? Ever? On any subject?
