Not Op, but thanks for this. Great memories of Ladies Nights every last Tuesday of the month, especially in the summer when we’d hang outside. My wife and I have been together for almost 30 years and had some great dates there early in our relationship.

OP again and want to say thank you again for your recommendation! I'm wrapping up the Hough book tonight and am really loving it, especially her experiences at Badlands.

Came here to say the same thing. The Sweet Forever nails the DC 80s and Down by the River Where the Dead Men goes gets a bit into the gay bar scene.
