I don't like to talk about diet/weight IRL, so I appreciate the cheering squad!

I feel you. I don’t talk about weight elsewhere either. Good on you for doing the work and good on your body for being one that responds!!

Thank you OP! I crossed into not obese a few months ago and stabilized around...5-10 pounds below it but recently regained a few pounds. I was feeling kind of scared alarmed about it but instead I downloaded myfitnesspal and got on my peloton for 45 minutes. We can do it!

I'm in the same boat. 5'11" Weighed 232 at my heaviest, and now down to 212 and just recently crossed out of the obese to the overweight category.

Keep up the good work.

That's fantastic OP. Weight gain is easy, weight loss is hard, but you can do hard things! Here's to better health and feeling great!

Great job, OP! I’m right there with you, weighed myself today and I’m at a 29.9 BMI, so just squeaked in to the overweight category. I’m 45 and can’t exercise a lot, but I’m eating and hydrating well, so hoping to lose a few more lbs in the coming months. Weight loss is slow for me at this age, but it’s so rewarding to see the scale move!

Good for you, OP! Really, you should be proud. It is hard.
