I used equinox on and off for 7 years. The typical men there are gay, with perfect physique and never bat an eye at the women.
That’s the appeal of the gym: do your own thing and leave.
Later on I did personal training with a boutique gym, some annoying straight bro would always invite themselves to correct my form, I didn’t last long there.

I was a member at Equinox gym in Miami when I was living there five years ago. I walked into Equinox gym in Miami wearing a T-shirt with a Stanford University logo that said "I played golf at Stanford and I know things". There were countless women who came up and talked to me. I also met my fiance there, who is a high paying financial consultant. I didn't run into any gay men at Equinox gym in Miami. YMMV.
