Help! My puppy smiles like pennywise the clown - and now my child is terrified of her

Not true! My kid has never seen anything close to a horror movie, but when he arrived in kindergarten, this was all the kids talked about…Pennywise the clown. He had months of nightmares. I asked the teacher about it and she said most of the kids had never seen it either, but it’s like an urban legend at this point and all it takes is one older sibling who wants to freak out their little brother or sister. I thought it was so weird but it’s a thing.


Yeah I will not touch a scary movie with a ten-foot pole but my kids know who pennywise is too, somehow.

But did OP say that the puppy actually reminded the toddler of the clown? Or just that the dog has a scary smile?

I just asked my 9 year old who Pennywise is - he informed me “it is shapeshifting interdimensional ghoul who can turn into whatever you are afraid of”. He also informed me It is the highest grossing Halloween movie ever.
