| Nope. I like people's opinions and recaps but only after I've watched it myself. For something like This is Us that had a huge active thread here, if I got behind I was so careful to read only up to what I had already seen. A couple of times my eyes jumped ahead or the first post for the new episode revealed too much and I was annoyed. |
| Not very specific spoilers, no, but I do want to know ahead of time of a movie is going to be sad, scary, gruesome, or violent. Sometimes it's worth it to be all those things, but I don't want to sit down for something I think is light-hearted and end up in tears. |
| It has happened once or twice that a movie is really boring, then I stopped watching and just read the recap to see what happens. |

I detest spoilers especially regarding books.
If I am in the middle of a great suspense or mystery novel and come upon a spoiler while reading a newspaper or something > I can be driven mad!! Also T.V. programs. Especially those that have multiple parts to the series. My daughter spoiled the ending of Squid 🦑 Game for me as I was only midway through Episode 2!?? She will never be forgiven for ruining that experience for me. Lol. |

I love spoilers! There are some shows and books I don't want spoilers about - but often I think they help me enjoy the work more.
For scary movies, I always read spoilers. It's the only way I can watch, if I have some idea of what to expect. |
