Do coffee shops always give you decaf when you order it?

Definitely yes. I rarely order coffee out because of it. And never ever after like 1 pm.
Upside is I save a lot of money.

We do. We don't always give you regular. The last pot is decafe and give it to all.

No. And bartenders definitely do not make all virgin drinks virgin.

That seems like it would be terribly obvious by taste

Many coffee shops don't brew decaf after a certain time. Apparently more people want to be caffeinated in the later hours and most don't purchase decaf. I am the opposite. I still want coffee in the afternoon but don't want the caffeine

I’d give it up. There’s still caffeine in decaf.

I would just make your own decaf at home or order herbal tea when at a coffee shop with a friend or other social reason. Otherwise why spend so much money on decaf if you don't want/need the caffeine and suffer the risk of getting the caffeine accidentally? Team make your own 👍🏻

Do you mean $12.50 per hour?

Just save the money and stop buying the drinks. You're obviously not just getting a decaf cup of coffee and instead are sucking down a bunch of sugar and dairy. Buy yourself a cookie if you want that.

Yup--this is how it was at every restaurant I've worked at.

Have you tried matcha?
Nice and rich like coffee but doesn’t keep me up.

Since when is an Americano $6?
