| DH grills and smokes a bunch of meats on the weekend. We use them in different ways through out the week. DH is on a pretty strict high protein portion control diet. He shreds and/or cubes a ton of the chicken and meals prepared a lot of Asian dishes. I used chicken and some steak for a lot of salads or fajitas. DS eats a mix of pork, steak snd chicken, he takes some shredded chicken to make quesadillas almost everyday for lunch. |
