Gift for boy heading to college from two younger siblings...

If your kid is into any particular video game or style of art, I've seen kids create group portraits, but in the style of their favorite thing, like an anime of each of them together, or their Minecraft avatars printed in a photo frame. They may have a screen shot of all their avatars together in action in a game and you can print and frame those.

No suggestions, but this is lovely that they want to do this for their big brother.

I saw a little box that each person had and could send messages- maybe emojis? I can’t remember what it was called but might be a sweet idea for them to stay in touch

Love box

There might be other companies that do something similar

We were looking at maybe a photo collage poster of some photos from vacations and other adventures together....is that too cheesy? They want to get him something that will remind him of them when he's gone (they're all quite close).

Any good ideas?

That's lovely! I vote for photo pillow (basing this on input from my college senior DD, youngest of three, an excellent shopper and gift-giver, and heading toward a future in spending other people's money

I respectfully disagree, PP. Your DD may have loved the photo pillow, but my DS would have HATED it. I couldn't even get him to take a decorative pillow for his bed with him to college.

My DS would leave at home a photo pillow, too, and he also would leave at home a lovely photo collage like another poster mentioned. This is so personal! Op, I think the collage or pillow are great ideas if you think your son would display them, if not they are just more junk. I do think the photo book is an interesting hybrid in that they don’t have it display it but can look at it when homesick, but again I suspect my own DS would not even bring it with him (we have a loving family relationship by the way, haha, he just does not like “stuff”). What about an experience gift before your son leaves for college - he and his brothers could go to a Nats game together or on a kayak day trip.

I love this idea. My son is not sentimental about photos either but would enjoy an outing like this. I thunk I will steal this idea.
