Camp Green Lane in PA has a Jewish affiliation, I believe. We know a Jewish family that goes there, and the dad went as well.

I'm trying this next year, have talked to many families that did it and enjoyed it.

Depends on how religious the camp is. However many camps just do a Friday night service and may not keep kosher. Or they may do a Sat morning service and keep kosher. Grace could be sung in Hebrew, English, or not at all. You would have to find out from the specific camp what they do. Outside of services and food, a jewish camp is just a camp. One thing to keep in mind though is that when your childs bunk is 12-13, all the jewish kids will be getting ready for their bar/bat mitzvah. There will be a lot of discussion around the topic in the bunk and some kids may be studying over the summer.
