First of all, a food truck at a head party (pot party) sounds amazing. It also sounds fun for a grad party.

I really dislike the food trucks. The food takes forever to come out. You stand in line for 30 minutes then wait another 45 for your food. Why not just use a caterer instead of forcing guests to stand and wait forever?
