How much does your cat weigh?

I estimate his body length is 5-6 inches longer than the cats we had previously.

Yeah, some cats are simply predisposed to be bigger. My 18 lb cat is tall and long. He has a bit of a wobbly belly but you probably wouldn't describe him as fat -- just big. We could tell he'd be big when he was a kitten because he had huge ears and paws. He grew into them.

7-8 lbs. He would be 15 lbs like his mom (owned by my sister in law - they are mother/kitten rescues) if we free fed him, so we have an auto-feeder that portions his meals.

^ (Note: Our cat's mother is not big boned, she is a little petite cat with a BIG round belly. Cute, but definitely obese)

My cat is a supermodel. She is long and skinny and gorgeous.

She looks like Naomi Campbell but in cat form.

I have a Scottish Fold and he is 10.5 lbs. Vet says he is a perfect weight (just looks beefy bc of all of the floof).

Just under 10 pounds. He’s 17 years old This is down from 12 pounds when he was younger. He eats less than his younger days, but this seems to be a healthy weight for him.

My are 9, 10 and 12. My prior cats were 9 and 16 (and he was so big that he was underweight at 14lbs!)

We have 3.
One is 9 lbs, long and lanky. He's the least interested in food of any cat I've ever met. He eats his meals, but no interest in treats or extra food.

One is 10 lbs. She's the perfect - just the size and shape you picture when you think of a cat. She likes to graze throughout the day, but never eats too much.

Her brother is 16.5 lbs. He would eat all day, every day if we let him, so his meals are strictly controlled. He was down to 15.25 lbs, but then I discovered that my husband was giving him a second breakfast because "he looked hungry." We're trying to get him back down again. The vet is okay with 15 lbs but would prefer to see him at 14. He's a big, tall cat who can carry a little extra weight, but not 16 lbs!!

My cat is about 7 lbs. She has a small frame. My older cat was 16 lbs and just had a much larger frame.

Two cats, same litter, about 2 years old. One is 7 lbs and the other is 12. The bigger one is just bigger all around: taller, longer, wider shoulders, everything. He also eats a lot more! Vet says both are healthy, just different.

My childhood pet cat was 22 lbs! She lived to over 20 years old. Vet constantly told us to put her on a diet, it never worked (we lived in the country and she was half barn cat, half house cat, she found food somewhere even if we didn't feed her). She was super fat, but could still catch mice like you wouldn't believe.

She's 7 years old and almost 15 pounds. She's very long and has a huge head and feet. But she's also fat. We can't get her to play with anything and she sleeps all day. She would get more exercise if she would stay outside for a while, but it has to be perfect weather and temp for her to stay out (partly cloudy, 73 degrees). We honestly don't feed her that much!

My cat was always around 5 or 5.5 pounds but has been just under 3 pounds for the last couple of years. She's 19 years old. She looks like a fragile old granny.
