| Most schools do formal tour and info session twice per day (am/pm) so it would be hard to do more than that. You could also do a drive through/ self guided at a 3rd if it’s close by. We got more out of student led tours than info sessions at most schools but if you can do both it’s worth it. |
Yes. They usually have a morning or afternoon session. We squeezed 3 in with one being on our own and 2 being tours/info sessions. We could do 4 if on our own just walking around with tour app. |
2 is my max. It all runs together. And if you do more, there's no time just to wander around campus a little bit. |

I agree with no more than 2 per day, ideally. But you can easily make a full week of 8-10 universities. If you live in CA and want to visit Northeast schools, you are likely taking a full week in summer or spring break and fitting in all of your kid's choices. Not really affordable to do 2 trips of 3 days each vs 7 day visit 8+ colleges. |
