My 10 year old daughter once added to the Eagle Snafu / Linoleum thread, and her contribution was hilarious.

LOL, that's awesome!

Frankly I am having problems understanding that the parents posting here don't realize their kids are reading the posts and also sometimes posting themselves. Are some parents really so out of touch with their kids that they don't realize their kids are avid readers of DCUM?

I hope the kids weigh on the Real Estate. Out of the mouths of babes… the truth

Thank you for leading me to search for and discover the Eagle Snafu / Linoleum thread. It's like a slow-motion aneurysm, only funny. Thank you, thank you.

The most famous and revered one, objectively. It was a prank that went on the entire pandemic. And, people went nuts over the crazed OPs. It was all like you want kids to live in the basement because you are too lazy to drive them to the school. People couldn’t wait to denounce all the parents as crazy beyond repair, we’re thanking their lucky starts their kids didn’t get in so they didn’t have to deal with the looney. Earnest parents kept begging the OP to stop etc.
There was drama, there was innuendo (MAGA-Moms), there was tragedy, there was comedy, and a lot of put the wine down and hold my beer while I …

I’m flattered these kids were that committed and all up in our business for so long

Just to say, the school is great, the kids are wonderful and the parents are too, albeit a bit more world-savvy now

Wait, is that why there was a new "Will Whittle be around next year?" thread every three days?
