I’m not on the market but those are really appealing. And the prices! |
I don't live there. It's shocking to you that someone is not enthralled with Arlington? If I am going to live in an old "sht shack" or a brick box meant for soldiers returning home from war it should be priced accordingly. Enjoy your overpriced WWII tenement housing. |
Probably because this is also in the neighborhood: https://shopcollegepark.org/shops/comfort-zone/

Yuck 🤮 |
|
Meh, it’s fine. Not the nicest but it’s not a some distant mad max world of pedophiles, sex shops, and crime.
Y’all are so judgey. 🙄 |
Aren't they though, just so over the top. 🙄 The area obviously isn't an Arlington or Bethesda, but isn't some hellhole and actually has a lot potential. There has been a lot of changes within the last five years in College Park. They just opened a Whole Foods in the area, new restaurants, and now getting a Trader Joe's. Those are obvious signs the area is up and coming. |
It’s not my favorite part of PG and I think there are more family friendly neighborhoods in the same price range. Check out Berwyn Heights. |
Please share a pic of your house. TIA! |
Cheverly! |
ooo stung ya didn't I?
|
I've been to a few sex shops in Old Towne Alexandria so this faux outrage is silly |
This house in Berwyn is adorable https://www.redfin.com/MD/Berwyn-Heights/5622-Ruatan-St-20740/home/11084029 |
At this point, Cheverly is more expensive that North College Park and Berwyn Heights. |
Mount Rainier, Brentwood, and Cottage City are nice and affordable. |
You think CC is nice? |
