I think a lot of houses in Nova that people pay $800k+ for are ugly and no better than NCP.

These houses are perfectly fine for most people

keep telling yourself that

I don't live there. It's shocking to you that someone is not enthralled with Arlington? If I am going to live in an old "sht shack" or a brick box meant for soldiers returning home from war it should be priced accordingly. Enjoy your overpriced WWII tenement housing.

There are a few homes here and there that are nice but in general it's small homes on small lots.

There's a number of sex offenders who live up there.

Probably because this is also in the neighborhood: https://shopcollegepark.org/shops/comfort-zone/

Meh, it’s fine. Not the nicest but it’s not a some distant mad max world of pedophiles, sex shops, and crime.

Y’all are so judgey. 🙄

Aren't they though, just so over the top. 🙄 The area obviously isn't an Arlington or Bethesda, but isn't some hellhole and actually has a lot potential. There has been a lot of changes within the last five years in College Park. They just opened a Whole Foods in the area, new restaurants, and now getting a Trader Joe's. Those are obvious signs the area is up and coming.

It’s not my favorite part of PG and I think there are more family friendly neighborhoods in the same price range.
Check out Berwyn Heights.
