Semi permanent eyebrow tint to cover gray?

I’m afraid I’ll get hair dye in my eyes. I just get mine done by the lady who does my threading.

I'm picturing some kind of wand with a brush, almost like an eyeliner but can't seem to find that. Seems like it should exist...

I use just for men every 3 weeks or so. I use a qtip and have never come.close to getting it it my eye

When it fades and I'm not ready to re do it, I also fill in with this. I don't wear makeup daily, but this really is foolproof and fast.
