I'm getting more and more gray eyebrow hairs and would like to find a good tint. I bought a couple of products but one is too runny, and the other one is a pencil that doesn't allow me to target the gray hairs precisely enough.
Can anyone recommend something that works and is good specifically for tinting white hairs (and not for making eyebrows look fuller by filling in color between individual hair strands)? My eyebrows are black or very dark brown. |

Can’t say it fills in but I use the hair color for beards to cover gray eyebrows. Easy to apply, only takes 5 min.
Go for a much lighter shade to begin with. I’ve made myself look like Burt from Sesame Street. Some say you can take out color in an emergency with Head and Shoulders. Don’t believe. |
| I like Godefroy brand, I get it on Amazon. |
| I use Just for Men. It’s a lot cheaper than other dyes and comes in tubes that can be closed and reused for years. |
I also use just for men beard and mustache. |
| My threading lady also tints my brows, but I should probably look into doing it myself! |
| Just for men beard dye. |
| L’Oréal or maybelline has a 24 or 48 hour tint for brows, but it might be for the skin vs the hairs. |
Thank you! How often do you have to do it? Thanks for the Godfroy rec too, PPs I'll check out the others too. I'm picturing some kind of wand with a brush, almost like an eyeliner but can't seem to find that. Seems like it should exist... |
Interesting, I'll do some research |

What works for me is if I am having my hair professionally colored in a salon, I simply ask my hairdresser dab some leftover hair color on my brows to cover up the gray.
Same if I am coloring at home. I simply dab some leftover hair dye on my brows w/a Qtip & rinse about 15 minutes later. |
| Most every salon that threads, sugars, or waxes facial and body hair will tint brows and eyelashes. Just make sure they’re using a product approved for use near eyes. |
It's Prell shampoo that removes color. Green bottle if you can find it. |
I do the same thing. Just for Men brand. |
| I can tell you what doesn't work - Thrive Causemetics. Total rip off! |
