Talk me into (or out of) accepting a seat at the CES at Drew

Thanks all, I accepted the placement. I haven’t told my kid yet. I did briefly look into a COSA for my other kid. Any feedback on whether it is likely to be granted?

I’m the PP who had two kids go through the Drew CES. We did a COSA for my younger kid when the older one was accepted. It was initially denied (as many COSAs are) but granted on appeal. We also know another family who successfully COSAd their younger child. Definitely worth trying.

Congratulations! Know that your DC worked hard for getting accepted into the program. I am glad you accepted it. You can always go back to local school any time. I would recommend staying course and they will overcome the initial challenges.
