Anyone else struggling this year to grow tomatoes and peppers?

I planted seedlings in April (Good Friday). This is the first year that it wasn't great (because of the random snaps back into extreme cold). The update is that the tomato plant is doing much better (the rain and hot weather helped). I moved the peppers, but didn't discard them because they are blossoming. Good Friday was perfect for where I was...too bad it's a different zone. Lol. I am glad it worked out though. Lesson learned.
