Where to go in Tuscany?

We used Stefano from The Wine and Food Experience. He picked us up (family of 3) in Florence and took us to wineries/small towns. He was very timely and we really like the wineries he brought us to. They can customize to whatever you are looking for and were great to email/plan with.
