The article also says at the end: "Further, heating left-over food properly will destroy most bacteria and their toxins."

Article also talked about a specific toxin in rice and leftover pasta. I might still eat the vegan chili but not serve it to guests or my kids. 🤷‍♀️

Article also cites a few isolated (but lethal) cases involving pasta. It’s a personal risk tolerance thing. To each their own.

No WAY! Do you want food poisoning on top of Covid? Plus wouldn't the spicy hurt your throat?
